When Christopher first came to me, his testosterone had completely tanked in late 2024, dropping into the low 200s. His doctors immediately put him on TRT. My name is John, and I’m 37 years old. At the time of writing this, I have been practicing the tenets of It’s Only Halftime (IOH) for six months.
A little backstory: As I was rounding out the year 2019, I was in some of the best shape of my life. I exercised regularly, weighed approximately 195 pounds, and followed a fairly ketogenic diet.
