My name is John, and I’m 37 years old. At the time of writing this, I have been practicing the tenets of It’s Only Halftime (IOH) for six months.
A little backstory: As I was rounding out the year 2019, I was in some of the best shape of my life. I exercised regularly, weighed approximately 195 pounds, and followed a fairly ketogenic diet.
