This Thanksgiving, I’m More Grateful Than Ever

An IOH Thanksgiving Message from Dr. Andreas

As we step into Thanksgiving, I find myself more grateful than ever—grateful in a way that goes far beyond tradition, meals, or a single holiday. This year, gratitude feels deeper, richer, and more personal. It’s shaped by the journey I’ve walked, the lives I’ve witnessed transform, and the community that continues to defy every expectation of what “normal” aging should look like.

Thanksgiving is a moment to pause.
To reflect.
To acknowledge what truly matters.

And today, I want to share what I’m most grateful for.

Grateful for the Journey That Reshaped My Life

My gratitude begins with the journey that forged my purpose.

Overcoming my own autoimmune condition…
Reversing my low testosterone naturally…
Recovering from emergency back surgery…
And coming out the other side completely medication-free and injection-free—in the best health of my life.

Those challenges were not setbacks.
They were catalysts.
They stripped away every illusion and revealed a simple truth:

When you take ownership of your health, your life changes.

My journey is the reason I’ve spent over 33 years helping people heal from conditions we’ve been told are “inevitable” or “genetic” or “lifelong.”
I have watched thousands reduce, prevent, or eliminate their need for pharmaceuticals—not through shortcuts, not through gimmicks, but through real food, strength, resilience, and personal responsibility.

Every day, I see real healing.
Every day, I see proof that the human body is capable of far more than the system gives it credit for.

And for that, I am profoundly grateful.

Grateful for a Community That Refuses to Settle

I’m grateful for this growing community of men and women who reject the idea that we need a pill or an injection for every symptom…
who refuse to accept life controlled by chronic disease…
and who will not settle for a declining average as the “new normal.”

This is a community that believes in:

Real food.
Real choices.
Real habits.
Real lifestyle.

Because these aren’t trends.
They’re not fads.
They are the foundation of real health—and they change everything.

You are the ones who show the world what’s truly possible when you take back control.

Grateful for Courage—the Most Powerful Medicine

I’m grateful for the countless men and women who had the courage to challenge the system.
Courage to question the narrative.
Courage to break their dependency on pharmaceuticals when they were told it was their only option.

I’ve watched clients reclaim their energy…
their confidence…
their hormones…
their mobility…
their future…

all because they chose to take responsibility for their health.

Your courage inspires me every single day.

To Everyone Fighting to Reclaim Their Health

If you are on this journey—whether you’re just starting or deep in the trenches—hear this clearly:

I’m proud of you.
Keep going.
Your future, your family, and your freedom are worth it.
You are building a life of strength, resilience, and longevity at a time when most have given up.

This journey is not easy.
But it is worth every step.

From My Family to Yours

This Thanksgiving, my heart is full.
Full of gratitude for the journey…
for the community…
for the opportunity to lead…
and for the movement we’re building together.

From my family to yours—
Happy Thanksgiving. 🦃❤️

May your day be filled with connection, purpose, and a renewed commitment to your health and your second half.
